this customers did open all the boxes, he received the goods on 8th Oct, today November 18, he told me he want to return the goods, don't say any reason, our easy return time is 30 days after receive the goods, it's 40 days after he receive goods, after i reject his requirement, he left the one star review to threat. we accept all the return due to the quality problem, but we don't accept the return after so long time
